GROUPON DISCOUNTS GIFT CARDS, REFERRALS, CONSTANT FAILURE. - GROUPON! DISCOUNTS.

Been using Groupon for 3 years generally if Groupon offers a discount with a CODE the discount is good, if it is a special deal JUST FOR YOU or a ONLINE GIFT CARD forget it! Same for referrals a hit and miss!
Groupon states that not to worry your discount is automatically given at the final total. Well you never see the final discount total unless you go to your credit card or bank
statement how ever long that maybe before you noticed groupon is using your money! Writing in, you do not get the discount, only garble and no apology, you have to request cancellation to get a full refund but never ever an apology nor give you the discount EVER.! My latest was the Gift card scam. I select it, go through the order etc final then I went to my Bank debit card and saw No discount. Then dispute it then write to groupon and the same old scenario, refund after a time while they use your money, and no discount!
